Match the clues to the supplies
This is the preparation stage of House of the Blue Sunbright. Give the items to the real Sebastian, not Daphne.

Check sundries shops for the medicines. A Misshapen Eye comes from a Cyclops.
Check his return
After handing over all three items, wait about a day and return to Townsend’s Manor. Confirm Sebastian has returned rather than assuming the preparation dialogue completed the whole journey.
If you gave the wrong item
If Diana or Daphne tells you he has not returned, go promptly toward the Riftstone near Melve. Look for Sebastian hiding in the bushes, deal with the enemies, and provide the medicine he needs.
Treat the rescue as urgent. Continuing to rest for several days can turn a recoverable mistake into a failed trip.
